The composition of each dessert envelops and deepens the pleasurable sensations from eating it – waves of sweetness release endorphins, filling your body with sensual pleasure. In our desserts and pralines we use the famous Belgian chocolate, Cacao Barry, which has a silky consistency and a deep aroma. Our permanent confectionery selection consists of 10 items with different, expressive flavors, in the form of ‘mono-portions’, or miniature tartlets. We prepare them following the rhythms of nature, making use of a rich variety of Polish fruit – strawberries, currants, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, plums, apples and pears. And all to provide each Guest something they’ll remember forever. Not only this, but we also offer desserts that are safe for people with special dietary needs and food allergies (including gluten-free treats).
